"Great adaptable system"

Allbound's platform is very customization, allowing a company to build and structure it the way they want it. Very user friendly on the front end and back end, allowing for novice administrators to make changes easily. Support is tremendous...will spend as much or as little time needed with you. Love the prospect pages our sales team can use to send targeted messages. Because it's customization, requires a system administrator to achieve full system utilization. Also requires marketing and other departmental involvement as training, collateral, etc. needs to be created and managed.

One of the best Partner Relationship Management Solution values in the marketplace today. Channeltivity could use a few more application integrations (Tableau & Highspot), but the basic blocking and tackling is there (Salesforce integration). Channeltivity does not utilize graphs for reporting right now, but a graphical interface is supposed to be released in December 2020. The dashboard is pretty intuitive and Channeltivity does not require deep technical or coding expertise to configure.

So many projects between SF & Comviva. Really expect to have better coordination between Comviva team to align & communicate the running projects and future projects. One more issue is the local supports, which is required to support faster response (especialy in the morning) and to have better communication with technical team.

"They make lead distribution easy however the cost seems to be high for what you get."

They are not bad in terms of customer support and lead distribution capabilities however they could use a makeover in the Salesforce (CRM) integration & data visualization. I wish we can see all the data right from our Salesforce instance without going to their portal.
